Post-construction & post-renovation cleaning
The fine-dust removal and surface protection a finished space needs before it’s truly move-in ready — without harming new finishes.
Cleaned in the right order, at the right stage
Rough clean
After the major work: debris, heavy dust, and stickers/labels removed so finishes can be inspected.
Final clean
Fine construction dust drawn off every surface with HEPA filtration — the dust that resettles for days.
Detail clean
A finishing pass on glass, fixtures, and trim so the space is photo- and move-in ready.
Construction dust isn’t ordinary dust
Post-renovation dust is fine, abrasive, and persistent — it settles into tracks, vents, and textured surfaces and keeps resurfacing. Wiping it with the wrong cloth can scratch new finishes.
We use HEPA filtration and methods chosen to lift dust without dragging it across delicate new marble, glass, and millwork.
Lifted, not dragged
Truly move-in readyFrom subfloor dust to final glass
A finished renovation hides dust in every seam. We work it out of the places that keep a new space from feeling finished.
- Fine dust off all surfaces (HEPA)
- Vents, tracks & recesses
- Paint specks, adhesive & labels
- New glass, mirrors & fixtures
- Floors detailed & protected
- Cabinet interiors & millwork
